My website isn’t working and it is affecting our business operation, for example, a total loss of service.
Something is not working as it should, but it is not affecting my business operation and my website is still online.
Everything is working as planned, I have a question, new feature or change request I would like to discucss.
Our support team operate online between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday but we understand issues may happen outside of those times. If this is the case, we have a dedicated support phone number for high priority issues outside of these times.
