Low Priority – Non-urgent requests or minor issues that do not affect website functionality, security, or availability.
Medium Priority – Issues that impact website functionality or user experience but do not cause a full outage or critical failure.
High Priority – Critical issues affecting website availability, security, or core functionality, such as downtime or active security incidents.
Please note: If you do not have an active Security & Maintenance package, our support is limited to hosting-related issues only, such as server availability, hosting environment problems, or domain and DNS issues where managed by us. Any website-related issues — including errors caused by outdated plugins, themes, core files, site changes, third-party integrations, layout or functionality problems, or security incidents resulting from unmaintained software — are not covered under standard support and will be reviewed on a chargeable, quotation basis before any work is carried out.
